Hi there! I’m Carina Medina, the heart and soul behind Picture Perfect Events and I’m so excited to share my journey with you. I’m a proud wife, a passionate event planner, and a devoted lover of life’s simple joys—like spending time with my fur kids, family, and friends. Helping others and making people feel special is at the core of everything I do.

My journey into event planning began in 2015 when I fell in love with creating beautiful balloon arrangements and backdrops. What started as a small passion grew into something much bigger as I expanded into weddings, floral design, and full-scale event planning and wedding coordination.

In 2024, after the passing of my beloved grandmother, I decided to take a leap of faith and open my own event venue, Concepcion Studio and Co., in her honor. My grandmother held a special place in my heart, and building this dream was my way of keeping her memory alive. It’s more than a business—it’s a tribute to the love, creativity, and joy she inspired in me.

Now, whether it’s designing a dream wedding, planning a milestone celebration, or hosting an event at our venue or yours, I’m here to bring your vision to life.
